What will the community complex do?

The vision; create a multi-purpose facility to house and develop community capacity through recreational, educational and agricultural opportunities.

The needed community complex will be built in phases:

1. Phase 1:

   • Open Market
   • Storage for Food Basket, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
   • Offices for Orchidland Neighbors and Neighborhood Watch

2. Phase 2:

   • Sports Fields and Concession
   • Playground and Skate Park

3. Phase 3:

   • Main Building for Events
   • Main Building for Commercial Kitchen
